It required courage and candor|
To decide to eliminate Canada.
Yes, leadership,courage and candor,
And the facts obtained from a gander,
From a simple Canadian goose.
We almost let him loose,
But then we decided to check
And slightly twisted his neck.
It helped to introduce
Our hunting dogs to the goose.
It was not just some tax evasion.
He carried plans of invasion
Signed by the sinister,
But nature-loving Prime Minister.
Who said, "Save pelicans!
It was, as the goose could remember,
At a conference in December.
The words were met by applause,
And one of the guests, Santa Claus,
Cried, "Ho! Ho!
Let us hit Idaho!"
A conclusion reached by deduction:
THEY HAD WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION.
It required courage and candor
To decide to eliminate Canada
And to tighten the noose
On the neck of the goose.
Fine plumage, but underneath
He was armed to the teeth.
